Freight Center Fraud , freight center charges more than originally quoted , freight center makes what they call billing adjustments they made 4 billing adjustments for on shipment that i was supposed to have insurance for , when damages occurred to shipment they stated i did not have insurance now , they billed me a total of 1638 dollars for an supposedly insured shipment that started out as 181 dollars , they did not pay for damages for the 30,000 dollar wind turbine that was destroyed either , they also stated you can not sue us we are in Florida when calling customer service, freight center will charge you charges for anything they can after they get your credit card they did it to me , freight center does not properly insure the shipments they broker , this is also insurance fraud !
in the last week
freight center cost me about 40,000 dollars in damaged and lost freight and all they are concerned about is continuing to charge fraudulent charges claiming everything weighs more than it does we weigh our shipments before they leave and they double in weight according to freight center , DO NOT USE FREIGHT CENTER THERE INSURANCE YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IS JUNK IT IS WORTHLESS , FALVEY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING EITHER , AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE JUST A BROKER ANY WAY YOU CAN BOOK YOUR SHIPMENTS DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER AND SAVE SOME MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
